A customer brought us a broken cog from a garage-door motor. The part was discontinued, and all they had was the broken original. We reverse-engineered it, reprinted it in nylon on our floor, and the motor went back to work.

Shower-door track, modelled and printed

Replacement tracks and guides for a shower door were nowhere to be found on the market. We modelled them from the originals and printed them in PETG — water-resistant, and a straight swap.

Pool-cleaner gear, printed on its own

One gear inside a pool cleaner had stripped, and the only official fix was buying the whole kit. We printed just the gear instead. The rest of the kit was fine — it stayed where it was.

Wheelie-bin hinge, from photos

Wheelie-bin hinges snap long before the bin gives up. We reverse-engineered a hinge from photos and measurements — no CAD file existed — and printed a replacement on our floor.
