- Do I need to quote?
- No. Jobs arrive priced and checked. You accept or decline.
- What if the file is bad?
- It won't reach you. Files are print-checked and engineer-reviewed first. If something slips through, flag it — you're paid for honest flags.
- How fast am I paid?
- After confirmed delivery. First job pays on the same schedule.
- Can I say no?
- Always. Declining is fine. Accepting and going quiet is not.
- What about disputes?
- Evidence first: your photos and the spec. We ask what happened before we conclude anything.
- Can I be the only floor in my town?
- Yes — and we'll tell you honestly when we're recruiting a second, because one printer is a single point of failure for your customers too.
