Yes — this is bread-and-butter work for us. Bring the broken part to our floor in Paarden Eiland, or send clear photos with measurements. We reverse-engineer it, model it in CAD, and print a replacement. Garage-door cogs, shower-door tracks and wheelie-bin hinges all started life this way.
STL, OBJ, STEP and 3MF files — straight out of SOLIDWORKS, Fusion 360, PrusaSlicer, or whatever CAD you use. No file? Send photos or bring the broken part in and we'll model it for you.
Our software reads your CAD file, works out material and print time, and drafts a price in Rands. You pay that number, and an engineer reviews the job before anything prints. If the number’s wrong, we fix it — at our cost, not yours.
Your price is computed from your actual file — geometry, material and print time — in Rands. Catalogue prices you see on the site are indicative from-pricing; the binding number always comes from your file. The price you see on your quote is the price on your invoice.
The production and dispatch date is confirmed on your quote from the actual job. Collection from our floor in Paarden Eiland is free.
If we made it wrong, we make it again. Tell us what's off and we put it right — the person who ran your job is on the same floor as the person answering your email.
Production polymers, plainly explained: PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and SLA resin. Each has honest trade-offs — stiffness, temperature, flexibility, surface finish — and we'll tell you which one actually suits your part before you pay.
